Summoning gratitude is a sure way to get our life back on track. Opening our eyes to affirm gratitude grows the garden of our inner abundance, just as standing close to a fire eventually warms our heart.

I so love this quote! So, do you tend to come from more of an abundance mindset or more of a scarcity mindset in your own life? Abundance mindset is seeing the world from a place where there’s plenty to go around. This means that you don’t need to complete with others or hold them down so that you succeed. It’s there’s enough room for everyone to succeed in their own way.
Scarcity mindset is seeing the world from a place where there’s not enough to go around. Which means, if this is in fact the case, then you’re always in competition with others. So if they succeed, it means there’s no room for you to be successful too.
You may switch from one type of mindset to another depending on what’s going on in your own life, but hopefully we’re all working towards coming from abundance most (if not all) of the time.
