It’s such a common issue in life to not feel like we’re enough at different times in our lives. Maybe we feel like we’re not currently doing enough. That we’re not giving enough to others. Or that deep down we’re simply not enough. This may stem from our upbringing and what was modeled for us by our own families. This might also be something that someone else is projecting onto us because of their own unresolved issues. If it’s an internal or external issue, either way, know that right here and right now, you are enough!
