It’s so hard to feel like you’re too much in life. To feel like you’re taking up too much space, too much room, too much talk space, just too much. For women, this often means that we’re not following societal norms. As women, we’re usually socialized to do the opposite, to be small, don’t take up too much room, listen don’t talk, etc. If this has been your experience at times, know that you’re not alone. Also know that as we come into ourselves, it often means that we’re taking up more space in the world, and that we’re not always following the norms, but following our own internal intentions instead.
