How are you doing in motherhood these days? Any overwhelm? How about fatigue? What about any unmet needs? If you’re anything like me, you might cycle through each of these at different times in motherhood. But, when I’m hitting a lot of these types of stressors all at once, it definitely leaves me in a hard spot. Often, they leave me with a yearning for less stress, more rest, and lots of time for loving kindness towards my body, mind and soul. What about you?
