My coaching program is focused on eight core areas. Most clients do coaching with me while also completing my Pregnancy Mental Wellness course, as these two components were created to go hand in hand. Coaching sessions typically last for 10 sessions, although some clients stay for less time and some stay longer.
Here’s a breakdown of the coaching program:
- Initial Session– getting to know each other, learning more about you and your life history, creating a coaching program that’s right for you
- Deep Dive into Pregnancy– your pregnancy story
- Pregnancy and Motherhood Life Transitions– transitions in the three pregnancy trimesters, grief and loss
- Creating Space for Feelings and Emotions– emotional intelligence, emotional flooding, anger
- New Normals– internal and external stressors, surviving versus thriving
- Mental Wellness– mindset, thinking patterns and judgment/criticism
- Pregnancy and Mom Life– guilt, shame and unmet needs
- Strengthening Relationships– parenting, your partner, family life
- Boundary setting and self-care– basic, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
- Closing session– review all that you’ve learned, recommendations for the future and goodbyes
These are just some of the topics covered in the Pregnancy Mental Wellness course. During coaching, some clients like to spend more than one session on some of these topics, while others may want to spend less time on some. Together, we’ll create the pregnancy coaching program that’s right for you!
