I recently created two specialty online courses focused on mental wellness during pregnancy and postpartum. My hope is that these psychoeducational courses will be beneficial to women like you, who could use a little extra information to better navigate your perinatal experiences in a healthy way.
The pregnancy and postpartum courses cover topics such as: Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), life transitions, grief and loss, internal and external life stressors, mindset and thinking patterns, perfectionism, strengthening relationships, boundary setting and self-care.
These courses are not only for pregnant women and postpartum moms, but also for women preparing for pregnancy, as well as friends, family members and professionals who would like to better help and support pregnant women and postpartum moms.
