Every woman’s story is different, and your therapy sessions should reflect that. I tailor our work together to meet your specific needs, wherever you are in life right now.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious and can’t quite explain why. Maybe you’re moving through grief that hasn’t had space to be felt. Maybe you’re going through the motions but feel disconnected from the person you used to be. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of something that happened to you, and you’re not sure how to put it down. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Explore the areas below to learn more about how I can help.
Anxiety If your mind feels like it’s constantly racing, or you’re carrying a quiet sense of dread you can’t quite explain, I can help you find steadiness again.
Depression If you’re feeling low, exhausted, or like you’ve lost touch with the parts of life that used to bring you joy, we’ll work together to help you feel like yourself again.
Grief If you’re moving through loss of any kind, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, an identity, or a version of life you imagined, you deserve space to process it fully.
Trauma If you’re carrying the weight of something that happened to you, whether it’s birth trauma, pregnancy loss, trauma that has resurfaced in motherhood, or wounds passed down through generations, healing is possible and it starts here.
During our sessions, you’ll have a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. Sessions typically take place once a week, and we’ll often build in small steps between sessions, things like reflection, reading, or self-care practices, to help you keep moving forward.
I bring over 25 years of experience to this work, with a specialty in maternal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Whatever season of life you’re in, I understand it both personally and professionally.
